Kevin & Amanda - 7/11/08
This past Friday I photographed Kevin & Amanda's wedding in Orange County. The weather was beautiful and I had no trouble finding amazing light no matter where I was shooting. Denise Woyski joined me as a second shooter for the day. We had a great time working together and inspired each other to create some amazing images of Kevin and Amanda's special day. Here are some of my favorites from the wedding day.
The day started of with me arriving in Newport Beach to capture Amanda and the girls getting ready.
Next we headed off the the Chapman Chapel in Orange, CA for the ceremony. Here are some portraits from just before the ceremony of Amanda, the girls, and Kevin.
Amanda's nephews served as ring bearers. Quinn loved the camera and always had a great smile whenever one was pointed at him.
The ceremony
The reception took place at relative's house in Santa Ana. The expansive backyard provided plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy the evening. The light for the first dance was absolutely amazing.
The Father on the Bride gave an incredible toast. I don't think anyone had dry eyes, myself included.

The amazing colors in your shots draw us willingly into their beautiful day. We especially love the walk back from the alter. The candles flickering in the background surround the couple with promises of wonders to come. Wow!
Dude...these are fantastically beautiful!! I wish I could have seen the look on your clients faces when they saw your images. Sweet!! :-)
